Darren is a husband, dad, and award-winning author with a Masters in Creative Writing and Literature. He is a native New Yorker and self-admitted daydreamer. Some things he dreams about: empowering kids, doughnuts, and becoming the next lefty starter for the New York Yankees.

Emily is a mom of littles and a pediatric occupational therapist, with special interests in emotional regulation and fine motor skill development. Holding a doctorate in occupational therapy, Emily is especially passionate about supporting families of preschoolers to prepare their kids to thrive in kindergarten.

Dr. Jamie Schrager
Jamie is a wife, mom, and a licensed psychologist who specializes in early childhood. With a Doctoral Degree in School-Clinical Child Psychology she has worked at a variety of independent schools in New York City supporting teachers, 4-8 year old students, and their families. With an undergraduate degree in Psychology and Television, Radio & Film, Jamie has developed curricula for Sesame Street, Dora the Explorer, and Go, Diego, Go.


Eli Mast
Eli is a Marriage and Family Therapist (MFT) that specializes in early childhood. She has a Bachelors in Human Development and Psychology, and a Masters of Science in Psychology. As co-founder of Joint Early Learning Ideas, she provides training for early childhood providers, promoting mental health and well-being for staff, families, and children.
