Return Policy

Returns will be accepted within 30 calendar days of order date. Items must be in new condition with the original tags attached. Please request a return here  or reach out to our customer service team at support@teamsupercrew.com to initiate the return process. 

From the time your package arrives at our facility, it may take up to 7-10 business days for your return to be processed. Funds will be returned to your account once the product is received at our facility and found to be in new, unused condition, and in original packaging.

A prepaid return shipping label will be provided, and the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
