Team Supercrew is a story-based emotional learning program built to give Parent Educators a simple, low-prep way to open conversations about feelings during visits, and leave families with tools they can keep practicing between visits.
Supporting PAT's Group Connections
Team Supercrew material supports both Personal Visits and Group Connections. For Group Connections specifically, our books work well in large-group settings, plush toys support small groups, and the Feelings and Calm Down Charts help with transitions.
Fitting Into the Personal Visit Planning Guide
- Opening: Supports starting the home visit as outlined in the HV Guide.
- Parent-Child Interaction: Team Supercrew material handout, reading, feelings chart, SOS card, and pretend play with plush toys.
- Development-Centered Parenting: HV Guide questions paired with Team Supercrew's SOS cards, which teach the 3 steps of emotional development in concrete, age-appropriate terms.
- Family Well-Being: HV Guide goal-setting paired with the Feelings and Calm Down Chart to build daily routines and family connection.
- Closing: Supports closing the home visit as outlined in the HV Guide.
