"If your child sometimes struggles with anger, anxiety, or just big feelings in general, this is a fantastic resource. It’s become one of those sets we keep within reach, and I can see it growing with us over the next few years.”
This kit is such a smart, fun way to teach kids about emotions. The cards grow with different ages, making it easy for toddlers and older kids alike. I loved seeing how playful activities like breathing games and feeling faces card actually helped my grandson calm down. A great resource!
This collection of children’s books is amazing! Wow!🤩 Each page is so colorful and uniquely designed. The stories within tell about, Whether it’s going to school for the first time, or dealing with a younger sibling, finding it frustrating at bedtime or facing their fears, your young child will love these books!
This is a great resource for parents, daycare providers, grandparents, elementary teachers, and more, of toddlers through school age children. Choose the child's age, look for the behavior, and then help the child work through their emotions by following the steps on the card.
These cards are such a great idea! The parental guide at the beginning is very helpful in explaining that the strategies should be discussed and practiced while calm, and then applied when "big feelings" emerge. The activities seem age appropriate.
I am highly impressed by this product. There are 20 cards for each age set (2-year-olds, 3-4-year-olds, 5-6-year-olds, and 7-8-year-olds). Basically you grab a card (from their age range) when your kid is freaking out about something and try this technique to calm them. They learn to recognize their emotions, and you both learn age-appropriate techniques (that work) to return to a more stable mindset. It's great for emotional intelligence and learning to self-regulate. If you read social-emotional or mental health books for kids, you've likely heard of some of these ideas, but many were new to me. You don't need any items to do 99% of these activities. Highly recommended!
As a parent of a 6-year-old with a very expressive personality, I’m always looking for tools that don’t just talk at kids, but talk to them and this book nails it.
Team Supercrew SOS Kit is colorful, imaginative, and filled with relatable characters and scenarios that help kids understand what’s going on inside when emotions get overwhelming. What’s even better is that the book offers actual tools, like calming strategies and easy-to-follow exercises, but presents them through fun superhero-like language that clicks with younger readers.
We’ve used it during a few “meltdown moments,” and my son now refers to his feelings as if they’re members of a team he can work with. It’s honestly amazing to see that kind of shift. This book doesn’t preach or overwhelm — it empowers.
If your child sometimes struggles with anger, anxiety, or just big feelings in general, this is a fantastic resource. It’s become one of those books we keep within reach, and I can see it growing with us over the next few years.
Highly recommended for parents, therapists, and teachers looking to bring emotional regulation to life in a way kids will actually enjoy.
I'm a preschool teacher and parent, and these cards are a game changer. The kids love picking a card when they feel frustrated or overwhelmed. The illustrations are adorable, and the directions are super clear. It's amazing to see them learn real emotional skills through play.
What a creative way to handle unrest in young children. I like the fact that solutions center around identifying a feeling, some activity which is fun, but is aligned with the emotion. Lastly, support from the parent to encourage the newly aligned behavior. I wish i had this kit when my kids were young!
These cards make it easier for children to recognize and manage their emotions in a calm and structured way. The four-step process of naming, understanding, regulating, and checking in works well and is simple to remember. I appreciated the variety of prompts, from breathing and relaxation exercises to short reflection activities. The design feels intentional and supportive, making it a practical resource for parents and teachers who want to help kids build emotional awareness.
Really love these for my 5&7 year olds! Love that they use storytelling as a device to share how kids can calm big emotions and learn how to handle anxiety and frustration!
I thought my daughter who is on the older age of this spectrum could use this.. I do think there are some great ideas but there are minimal explanations for the activities (though many are self explanatory). The reverse of each card has the same 4 steps repeated over and over ( I appreciate repetition to help make this predictable for kids and habit, I would have liked even more information/substance. The illustrations were cute and I really liked the bonus cards, there were just so few of the latter.
I had a lot of fun reading this to my 5 year old and she enjoyed it as well. It made her very curious, she asked so many questions about emotions after reading this.
This is a really sweet, bright, full of color book that is entertaining, but also teaches with more than one story, about feelings that may be negative such as fear and how to look at things in a different way. Also, to examine why you may be feeling that way as well. The stories are entertaining and I believe kids would like them and can associate with some of the feelings.
This box set is amazing! Each story teaches kids how to recognize and handle their emotions while keeping them engaged with fun superhero powers. The illustrations are bright and colorful, and the characters are very relatable for children. My kids loved following along and even started talking about their own superpowers when handling big feelings. A great tool for parents and teachers who want to help kids build confidence and emotional awareness!
Great resource for helping with emotional regulation for kids ages 2-8, this helps build awareness and very easy to understand and implement. Lots of variety with the activity and very comprehensive and thorough guide.
This innovative emotional regulation tool features beautifully illustrated cards that help children recognize, express, and manage emotions like anger, anxiety, frustration, and sadness through play-based strategies. Each card follows an engaging 4-step process that makes emotional learning approachable and enjoyable. The kit helps children identify emotions and triggers, build calming routines, practice empathy and patience, and strengthen self-confidence and emotional resilience. With its mix of science, creativity, and compassion, it's a must-have resource for fostering emotional intelligence, confidence, and connection.
I got the Team Supercrew SOS Kit for my niece and nephew, who have been acting out a bit since their new baby sister came home. This kit has been a really nice tool to help them manage those big feelings and learn how to express themselves in a positive way.
The activity cards are colorful, engaging, and easy for kids to understand. They actually enjoy choosing cards and talking about their emotions, which is a huge win! ItâÂÂs clear the kit was thoughtfully designed to help with emotional regulation and social skills in a fun, non-judgmental way.
My only minor wish is that it came with a bit more guidance for parents or caregivers on how to structure activities over time. That said, itâÂÂs still a great resource and has definitely made a difference in helping the kids adjust to their new family dynamic.
Overall, a wonderful tool for families who want to teach emotional awareness and positive behavior in a creative, kid-friendly way.
Beautifully illustrated and easy to follow. My kid not only enjoys the stories but also remembers the lessons and use them in real life. A wonderful blend of fun and emotional learning.
The Supercrew series is a help in dealing with the difficult situations our children face. Unlike other parts of the series, these activity cards are a go-to tool when something actually happens. It is not somewhere in the book that we can go to afterward or just be ready before something happens - it helps to go through difficult emotions. The structure of the SOS Kit is clear and divided into different age groups, and guidance is adapted to this age group. Must have for families!
The stories are simple, engaging, and paired with colorful illustrations that keep little ones interested. My child loves reading them again and again, and I love how each book gives us a natural way to talk about emotions like bravery, kindness, calm, and grit. Highly recommend for toddlers and preschoolers!
These activity cards are such a smart and heartwarming tool for helping kids manage their emotions. The visuals are bright and engaging, and the cards themselves are sturdy enough to handle plenty of hands-on use. What really stood out was how well the content is broken down by age. It felt like each child in our home had something that fit them just right.
The variety is fantastic, offering everything from calming techniques to movement-based strategies, all while making it feel like play. ItâÂÂs clear a lot of thought and care went into every detail, and even as a parent, I found the grown-up guide genuinely helpful. These cards are a joy to use and have quickly become a go-to in our daily routine.
What a wonderful way to tackle big feelings! Love this for those 2-8 years of age but also for those with disabilities that need the extra TLC. Sometimes it just takes someone to verbalize what others are experiencing and holding their hand to explore better feeling places, thoughts, things, etc. I would highly recommend these cards to teachers, parents, caregivers, adults, etc.
This is a great activity book for kids. This is great for children in kindergarten and early elementary school. The activities are educational and fun. I let my younger cousins use this and they enjoyed it.

Emotions can be a baffling mystery to kids, and the idea of turning them into superheroes is brilliant. The illustrations are delightful, and the stories shows kids how to identify what their feeling and how to deal with the emotion in the moment, perhaps transforming it into something better, more manageable. The insights are age-specific, which helps add a realistic strategy for each case.
A set of creative activities to help a child understand their emotions and how to shift them to something more positive. The cards are categorized by age, so you can adapt their use to any given age group. The language of the cards fits the targeted age. Fun, brightly colored illustrations for each card.
Cute kids books that helps kids think about managing emotions, all told through stories of the supercrew. Good for ones less than 5 but multiple books for price of one is good
This great set of activity cards covers most needs for children 2-8 years old. Great way to discuss emotions and help kids grow up understanding their EQ potential instead of just their IQ. I wish my parents had something like this to help me as I was a kid!
This is a great collection for parents. It's built around the idea of a superhero team, with each character like Benny and Chloe tackling a different emotional challenge. My son was immediately hooked on the playful, relatable stories, and I was thrilled to see him actually asking to read about emotions.
This strategy can really help small children understand, label and regulate their emotions. There are scripts for how best to communicate with a young child who is upset. How to use their senses and things within the environment to help them regain their calm. Suggestions on how to redirect and refocus their attention while still recognizing their emotions as valid. This is a card deck that I wish I had had access to when my child was young. I think it can really help families with young children to be more calm. And it can help young children to better express their emotions rather than acting out. I will be using these techniques in my interaction with little ones.
Really love these for my 5&7 year olds! Love that they use storytelling as a device to share how kids can calm big emotions and learn how to handle anxiety and frustration!

Within days - Increased emotional vocabulary and the ability to recognize emotions in others.
Within weeks - Greater awareness of their emotions and body signals, and a growing ability to ask for help when they need support.
Within months - Fewer tantrums and more use of coping strategies as they learn to pause before reacting.
What’s the best way to use Team Supercrew at home?
Team Supercrew products support emotional growth in different, complementary ways.
Books – Read together during calm moments like bedtime or quiet playtime. Talk about the feelings and choices the characters make and connect them to your child’s day. Rereading helps kids remember emotion words and feel more comfortable expressing themselves.
Plush and Capes – After reading, let your child bring the stories to life through play. Acting out emotions helps them practice what they’ve learned and see that all feelings are okay. Play gives children a safe space to try calming and problem-solving skills.
SOS Kit – During big feelings, use the SOS Kit together. The cards and tools offer gentle guidance for calming strategies like breathing, movement, or sensory grounding. These moments teach children that emotions can be managed and that they’re not alone when things feel big.
Does Team Supercrew support children who are neurodivergent, including those with ADHD or autism?
Yes, Team Supercrew products support children with ADHD, autism, and other unique learning needs. Every child has their own way of learning, and our books are built around modeling - where children learn emotional regulation skills by watching others use them. This approach can be especially powerful for children who benefit from visual and story-based learning.
