My son loves superheroes and imitating them specifically fighting and beating up bad guys. How refreshing to have a superhero that looks kind of like him that he brings everywhere we go that is a reminder to be brave and kind.
My 6 year old grandson asks to read these books every day. Great fun for everyone
Bought these books because our 4 yr old son was having issues with expressing himself and regulating his emotions. After reading the books about 3 times, I noticed my son now tries to take deep breaths like Chloe the Calm taught him whenever he is upset. We also noticed him starting to express himself and tell us why he doesn't want to do certain things, instead of lying or getting upset. He used to lie about his bones being broken whenever it was time for bed. He recently told me he doesn't like to go to bed because he is scared of the dark (even though he sleeps in my room). These books have really caused a change in him. We recently signed him up for soccer and I'm hoping he'll remember that Genji taught him about grit and never giving up. I believe these books are a must have in every kids collection. They're so simple, but sometimes simplicity is all that is needed with kids.
I thought the dolls are cute, however $100 was too much for what they are. Of course for granddaughter I’ll pay it. Hopefully she will understand the lessons

I bought these for my 3yo grandsons and they were just ok with the story. Never have they chosen these books for story time. They weren’t worth the money for me. Maybe they will like them as they get older? Idk
As an educator and parent of 4 kids, I love the concept of these books. It can be difficult for kids to open up about strong feelings and books like this can serve as powerful gateways to conversation. Unfortunately, the storyline is super basic (dialogue without any real action) and the exact same from one book to the next (just with a new emotion inserted). I think these books have a lot of potential, but the authors need to flex their creative writing muscles a little bit more.
This book series was OK for little guys, only 1-2 sentences per page. I was hoping to use them with an ASD classroom (grade K-1) but I wish they addressed these emotions from within a classroom standpoint. There were fine for addressing emotions at home, but not so useful for school as my students couldn’t carryover & relate the guidance from the home situation to the school situation.
We bought these for my son to help with emotions. He loves these books. We have read them a million times. I would recommend for anyone that wants books on emotions.
We had a nice time with my son reading this book. It is interesting and helps children deal with their big emotions and teaches them the basic rules of life.
These stories were fantastic. I loved the art work and the tone was fun and easy to follow but had a great way of explaining the big emoticons and ideas for kids to understand.

It's a really nice collection about the adventures of Benny the Brave and his friends, it's like reading about emotion similar to Disney's inside out and the best part is you get four of them in a bundle of joy.
“Team Supercrew - Emotions and Powers - 4 Book Box Set” is a really great concept to have all four of these Supercrew books in one box that deal with learning to be Brave, being Kind, staying Calm, and having the Grit to not give up. As a parent, I feel like these four books go well together and make a great series of stories to read to children that are going through some of these issues in their own lives.
I found the books helpful. Especially it's the beginning of the school year. The kids are now nervous and with self-doubt. I like the "What if" that has a positive take on it. Usually, people say "what ifs" in a negative aspect. Never thought of what ifs being a positive way to see things. I read this series to my children. They like the stories, and you can see them thinking more deeply about how to handle things.
The heroes of this book help children past common fears, anxiety, and stress. The heroes are Brave, Kind, Calm, and Grit(ty). Some of the stories felt a bit forced, the characters could have been more developed, they lacked depth. It seemed like the stories were created to emphasize specific lessons rather than the insights arising organically.
These books have been great at helping teach my 3-year-old about his emotions and ways he can learn to express and control them. The stories are short and cute, and there are questions you can ask at the end to encourage conversation about emotions.
Great idea to present emotions as superpowers for children. The only thing I wish was different would be for the emotions to not be gendered so stereotypically. The boys were brave and grit and the girls were calm and kind.
I love these books. I have read two of them before. This compilation contains four books that empower children. They work on such important aspects as the need for rest, jealousy between siblings, insecurities about the first day of school and insecurities in sports. The illustrations are of high quality and every detail is taken care of. The accompanying texts are of similar quality.

My daughter has big emotions and I’m always looking for ways to help her regulate those. I found this super hero set and thought “why not”. She really enjoys reading them and a few times as referred to them when she feels a big emotion. I think it’s a good tool to have on hand as a parent.

Engaging, fun, and beautifully-illustrated stories that help give kids and their caregivers great examples and vocabulary for talking about emotions. The key take-aways aren't that big emotions (anger, sadness, frustration, fear), are bad -- everyone experiences them and they are normal. Acknowledging that, the books give excellent examples through age-appropriate storytelling about how kids can acknowledge and then challenge the thoughts behind the emotions, learn, and grow. Truly great!
Perfect tools to help kids deal with big emotions. They've been great for my 5 year old and way easier to understand and apply compared to the "Little Spot of Emotions" Series. Highly Recommend.
This book set explains that it's okay to feel sad or anger,fear or frustration. The feelings aren't bad to have it's normal to feel upset. It's how you deal with those feelings that matters. The stories in these books are great they teach children that to be brave , kind , or calm is a superpower. In these books children learned to sort out those feelings so they can be kind , brave , etc

These books are a great tool to instill, social and emotional skills and young kids. Through colorful pictures and storytelling the author, and illustrator have tried to convey a message clearly to the kids and parents. A great bedtime read for children so that they have a good night’s sleep and dreams.
